Open daily 11:00 a.m.– 7:00 p.m. with youth fishing beginning at 12:00 p.m.
Educational Demonstrations and Activities as follows:
11:00 a.m. Natural Resource Area opens
11:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. Come and interact with “Butterfly Encounter Exhibit”
12:00 – 2:00 p.m. Youth fishing - Ohio Division of Wildlife
12:00 – 6:00 p.m. Youth Archery – Geauga Park District, Center Shot Ministries and Ohio Premier Archery
12:30 p.m. “Let’s Talk Turkey” – National Wildlife Turkey Association
1:00 p.m. “Young Tree Training: providing support for your newly planted tree.” – Holden Arboretum (Only on Saturday 8/31 and Sunday 9/1)
1:30 p.m. "Trapping; its roll in Ohio wildlife management" – Ohio State Trappers
2:00 – 3:00 p.m. Cooking Demonstration – Ohio Division of Wildlife
2:30 p.m. “Soil Your Undies” - Geauga Soil & Water Conservation District
3:00 – 5:00 p.m. Youth fishing - Ohio Division of Wildlife
3:30 p.m. “Monarch’s on the Move” - Geauga Park District
4:00 p.m. “The Dogs That Make A Splash” - Buckeye Retrievers
5:30 p.m. “Backyard Sugaring” - Maple Producers of NE Ohio
