Key Responsibilities Include:
- Providing leadership to Junior Fair Board members, Adult Coordinators, and committees
- Coordinating Junior Fair meetings, activities, and programs
- Overseeing Junior Fair entries, show preparation, and communication
- Securing judges and coordinating shows and awards
- Managing Fairbook updates and Junior Fair policies
- Serving as a liaison to the Senior Fair Board
- Supporting all Junior Fair activities during fair week
What We’re Looking For
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to lead and work collaboratively with volunteers and youth
- Commitment to supporting youth development and agriculture
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Must be at least 21 years of age due to the leadership and supervisory responsibilities of the position
