- Proof of Liability Insurance: Usually can be found on the Declaration Page of your Homeowner’s Insurance Policy. This proof must have the name of the campground applicant, address, current policy dates, and stated personal liability amount. Check expiration date – if your insurance expires before the fair starts then we need a new copy in the fair office. No campground applications will be processed without proper proof of insurance.
- Choosing a Campsite: Sites are all same width but may vary in length. Your camping unit must fit on the site. The date for new campground reservations all the open sites will be posted on the website. The map below shows estimated measurements.
- Electric: Electric boxes are located every fourth site. You will need to have an extension cord and adaptor long enough to reach.
- Renting a camping unit? You will need to make sure it will fit and cannot be longer than 40 feet. If longer than 35 ft then we may not have space long enough or you may have to purchase two sites if available. All units must be in place by Tuesday, August 29, 2023.
