​2026 Geauga County Agricultural Society Annual Meeting

​There will be constitutional change and update proposed by the fair board (see below).

Article XIV, Section 1 revise as shown: Original: “The regular meeting of the board of directors shall be the third Thursday of each month at 7 p.m. at a locale designated by the directors.”
 
Proposed Change to the Constitution: “The regular meeting of the board of directors shall be the third Thursday of each month at 7 p.m. at a locale designated by the directors. The officers reserve the right to change the meeting time or date as deemed necessary. Proper notification shall be given for any rescheduled meeting.”

SENIOR FAIR BOARD DIRECTORS

The Geauga County Agricultural Society has a Board of twenty-one (21) elected Directors. These Directors, one elected from each township and five elected at large, hold office for a term of three (3) years with the terms so arranged that one-third of the terms shall expire annually.
Directors meet on the third Thursday of every month, 7 p.m. in the School Building on the fairgrounds. Meetings are open to the public.
