As the only self-contained sea lion attraction in the United States, Sea Lion Splash brings an entertaining and informative presentation that showcases the incredible bond between their "adopted family" of rescued sea lions and their dedicated handlers.
With multiple shows daily, audiences witness the natural behaviors, astonishing tricks, and even discover how sea lions contribute to the environment by teaching kids about the importance of recycling! The shows are both fun-filled and educational, leaving audiences of all ages inspired and enlightened. Between shows, the sea lions enjoy ample playtime with each other and their trainers in specially designed pools. They bask in the sun, lounge, and relax under the watchful eyes of their experienced caregivers. Rest assured, the dedicated team at Sea Lion Splash provides round-the-clock care and attention to ensure their well-being. At Sea Lion Splash, they take great pride in their commitment to conservation and responsible animal care. Each sea lion in their care has been assigned to them by the National Marine Fisheries Service (NOAA Fisheries), a division of the esteemed National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration. Sea Lion Splash operates under full licenses granted by NOAA Fisheries, the U.S. Department of Agriculture, and the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission. The Wild World of Animals is one the premiere animal stage shows in the country. It's blend of animal education and endless laughs makes for an enjoyable show for any age. During the show we express the importance of nature and wildlife and remind everyone that all animals are important whether they are big, small, cute or ugly because they all perform a job that together as a whole is what makes nature work. We love to see the smile and delight from audience participation!
