What's the difference between Jr. Fair and entering my child in the fair?
The Junior Fair portion of our fair is for registered members of a junior fair group which include 4-H, GHPA, Grange Youth, Girl Scouts, Scouts BSA, Farm Bureau and FFA. All Junior Fair participants must have registered projects to participate. All Junior Fair participants must enter using the Junior Fair website.
Junior Sections (Senior Fair) Any child 12 and under can enter the front of the book or Departments 13-22 with a Junior/Youth section. There is no charge for a junior exhibitor as long as they enter a junior class. For example, if your child would like to bake cookies (Dept. 19, Baked Goods, section 12 Junior Baking) or build a Lego (Dept. 21, Fine Arts, junior section 13-19). We love to get our youth interested in the fair and they love to see their masterpieces on display. We encourage anyone to find a class for their child to enter and experience the fair in a new way. We are here to help! If you have questions, please call the office (440) 834-1846. |
