- Locate the Department # you wish to enter (Baked Goods, Culinary,
Fine Arts, Etc.)
- Read all rules and information under the department heading and drop off times. Each department has specific times and rules.
- Print the Fair Entry Form to mail or drop off entry or you can choose to enter online.
- Print legibly the contact information.
- Page – locate the page # of the department in the fairbook you
wish to enter.
- Department – Each category has a department number located
just below the heading of each department name.
- Section – locate the section name and corresponding number that your item is listed under.
- Class – the class number is under the section heading that your item is listed under. Only one entry can be made per class.
- Description – Use the listing next to the class number exactly as it appears.
- Choose to pay for an exhibitors ticket or membership. Be sure to include payment if you are sending in your entry.
- Sign and return with payment to the Fair Office no later than August 10, 2011.
